WITH-IN ARCHITECTS LIMITED is a young firm founded in Hong Kong. Its solely-owned subsidiary, WITH-IN (Beijing) Limited, was established in Beijing in the fall of 2004 to take up the majority of its China projects.    WITH-IN embraces teamwork and has a typical approach of initiating a project through critical re-appraisal on various project parameters.    WITH-IN believes when criticality reaches a certain level, or twist, new form emerges. WITH-IN’s lead co-founder Mr. Derek Chiu has an array of experiences in research and realization of architectural projects in Japan, Hong Kong and particularly, in China where a variety of projects have been recently completed like those in Beijing – the UHN, CEO Building, Lanhua International Building, Club House of Phoenix Residential Phase 2.

WITH-IN善创建筑是于香港注册成立的建筑师工作室。于2004年秋在北京设立分机构善创设计顾问(北京)有限公司,并派驻主要设计团队，更有效地跟进国内设计项目。公司服务以规划、建筑设计为主。WITH-IN工作室强调建筑设计必须以深层次的理论研究和全面的实际经验为基础，并主张探讨每个项目因素新的演译，从而创出造型、空间的新可能性。 WITH-IN视点：21世纪的因素转移、变幻、大都会亚洲、中国因素、别类。
主创建筑师赵善创具有多年的建筑研究实践，具有日本﹑香港和中国工程的经验。其中，在他主持下的国内已建和在建项目包括北京UHN国际村，北京中关村首创拓展大厦，北京兰华国际大厦，北京凤凰城二期会所及售楼处,长沙融科三万英尺会所,厦门加州广场立面,天津海逸长洲三期,北京世华水岸,长沙茂华国际湘,北京橄榄城三期立面,北京望京思源大厦立面,哈尔滨盟科视界等。

要求：
Requirements:

1. 建筑本科或以上学历，海外留学回国者或2-3年工作经验者优先考虑。 国籍不论；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architectural Studies. Priority consideration shall be given to those with 2 -3years working experiences or graduates from overseas universities. Applicants of any nationality are welcome;

2. 掌握中、英双语者优先考虑；
Fluent in English language, and those capable in both Chinese and English language shall be given priority consideration.

3. 熟练使用AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop等软件；
Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop software.

4. 对建筑充满热诚和执着，工作勤奋，有团队合作精神。
Devotion in architecture, diligence, and team-spirit building.
